3.3 Payment Information

All payments are processed via Google Play Billing. We do not store credit card details.

3.4 Usage & Device Data

Push notification tokens, device type, OS version, App version, IP address, crash logs, and usage analytics.

3.5 Social & Support Interactions

Interactions with our social media links and in-app customer care messages.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Cloud & Storage Providers: AWS S3 stores uploaded documents and voice notes, secured with encryption and access controls.
• Payment Processors: Google Play Billing handles transaction processing; we share only payment metadata necessary for order fulfillment.
• Messaging Services: Our SMS gateway transmits notifications; the provider is contractually bound to protect your data.
• Analytics Partners: We share anonymized or pseudonymized usage data (e.g., Firebase Analytics) to improve App performance and features.

Additionally, we may disclose Personal Data if required by law, litigation, or governmental requests; to protect our rights or the safety of others; or during a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, under confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Storage, Security & Retention

All user-uploaded content is stored in Amazon S3 in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region with server-side encryption (SSE-S3). We enforce HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit. Backend access is restricted via AWS IAM roles with least-privilege policies and VPC endpoints. We maintain detailed access logs and conduct regular security audits to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

We retain Personal and Order Data for up to five (5) years to meet legal, regulatory, and business requirements. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized. Upon receiving an account deletion request at aarlegals@gmail.com, we will erase your Personal Data within 30 days, unless retention is mandated by law.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our analytics partners use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

• Maintain user sessions and preferences (e.g., language choice).
• Collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports.
• Enable fraud detection and performance monitoring.
